Feature & Follow (3)

Feature & Follow Friday is a weekly Memehosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read

What writing device or trick most irritates you when reading a book?
Writing devices don't really bug me that much I just mostly choose to ignore them. What does bug me is the use of love triangles in every single book, why does love have to be complicated?

  3. LOL. I agree that they're over-used, but they do bring people back again and again. I'm totally guilty of using them in my writing, but for me it's less about the romance and more about the conflict and the really flawed characters. It can make things really compelling for the reader. Totally get your point, though. Great answer! :D New follower here via GFC. My FFs are at Musings on Fantasia and LKHill. Happy Friday! :D

  8. I like love triangles if they make sense, not just because the author wants to follow the trend :)
